Starbucks

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a chai latte, but it appeared to contain only syrup and low-quality milk, with no real chai flavor. After taking a few sips, I felt nauseous and could not finish the drink. In addition, the restrooms were in very poor condition: they were unclean, had an unpleasant odor, and there was no toilet paper available. This experience is far below the standards I would expect from a brand like Starbucks and reflects poorly on the company’s reputation.

Took 20 min to serve our drinks. It’s one big chaos in the kitchen, several drinks tipped over and were still served after they fell. Rude staff, telling us to leave due to them closing in a rude way. After cleaning out the trash he didn’t wash his hands before staring making drinks. He seemed stressed so maybe that’s why.

Though the store is already closing in 10mins, the staffs are very accommodating to give my order. I had been trying to catch Starbucks stores for a while because I am working till 8pm. And now I got the chance.

Starbucks around Victor Hugo roundabout! Orders are taken fast and delivered relatively fast too. There are always people but waiter are always nice and efficient! So if you are craving a coffee from a reputable brand it is your place! They have space inside and outside too!

Good indoor seating (and a small seating area outside). Few power sockets. Coffee and donut tasted good.
