I walked past this place and there was a very cute and affectionate cat there, seeking lots of attention. I gave it a few cuddles. But as I was leaving with my friend, she saw the owner roughly grab the cat by the throat and drag it inside. The cat was meowing desperately. This is simply animal abuse. I'm giving it one star. And honestly, this deserves to be reported to animal control.
