I waited for my turkey sandwich for 30 minutes just to find hair in it. The place was not busy … my first and last time Dear Vanessa , I just saw a reply where you state that someone told me about problems in the kitchen and possible delay - DID NOT HAPPEN Offered to make the dish for free - DID NOT HAPPEN What happened is we waited for the longest while for the food which was delayed without explanation, my sandwich came first and after the first bite I saw a hair so I gave it back. The second sandwich didn’t even come at that point. I said to the server that after this I don’t even want anything but he insisted new dishes are almost ready . After waiting for one hour I already had no choice but to eat since I was extremely hungry. There was not even a discount offered for the inconvenience. I paid full price so I get to give an honest review. please don’t lie … this is truly pathetic to come up with things instead of apologizing to the customer… for the poor experience. I came with good expectations to your establishment and I really don’t like to leave one star reviews … but guilting me for living a bad comment when I literally had HAIR in my dish is really not ok. I wish all the best to you and your establishment and hope other customers will have a better experience than me.

Super cool place to study/work. I have eaten lunch here and liked the variety of options. Love the interior and the concept. The atmosphere is quiet and the staff is very understanding, fast, and attentive. I also must say their playlist is nice! I am definitely returning!!

We live about a 30-minute drive from this place, so for us, it’s like a mini trip for an avocado toast on weekends Every time, I want to try something new, but I just can’t come here and not have the avocado toast. The ingredients are simple, but their top quality makes this toast unforgettable. They say the mushroom toast is magical too, but I still have yet to try it

The best coffee in Madrid. Specialty coffee for real! Love the Black Sesame Latte, Hoji-cha Latte and the Matcha. The toasts are delicious. My favourite is avocado, Cebreiro cheese and Japanese chili crunch. They also have a delicious Cep Consomé.

Dedication to the detail, and the research, to bring a menu that’s seasonal, proximity based in some cases, and that mixes techniques, and recipes from around the world to create balanced dishes, bakeries, and drinks. A reduced color palette in the decor to focus on the food one eats. Natural plants, white, black, a touch of brown. A kombucha brewery space, a professional coffee corner. And a well selected wine pairing. Very good place for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner.
