Service is truly terrible and rushed. Zero attention to the customer and almost felt like an inconvenience. Seems to be an ongoing issue based on reviews. Food is OK. They definitely use great produce and attempt innovative recipes but kinda fall short on flavor and ingredient combinations. I see the general appeal but that dismissive service really leaves a bad taste, to the point of wanting to post this.

I was looking forward to try out this place for lunch since I read some good reviews and the food looked promising in the photos. My experience was rather mediocre: ok-ish food taste-wise, but rather a small portion that left me still quite hungry for a 20€ lunch. The service was not friendly rather than rushed and impersonal. I may return for the taste if I’m desperate of finding other options. Kind feedback to the owners: welcoming your guests with a smile when they enter, giving some recommendations or clarifications when being asked with empathy and eventually enthusiasm of what your restaurant is offering, can make a huge difference in the customer experience!

Please dont go there! As many ppl already mentioned: the service is a catastrophe. Cold and ignoring. Its said the owners treat their employeees badly so i guess thats their revenge. At least they are not as expensive as other places. Food is very good. I asked the robotic waitress if i could sit anywere else because of the extremely loud music or if it would be possible to reduce the volume. She ignored it. The waiter asked me in the end if i liked the music. Of course i loved it! They also asked me if i liked the food. Its so ridiculously funny in a way. A bit like the devil wears prada as a cafe. As someone mentioned, they have a cartoon where they ask why they cant punch the customers. Lots of aggressive passive energy. Should have gone without paying.

Fav Cafe in Madrid!! This place has been my go to since I moved to Spain. For breakfast their pancakes are my favorite. For lunch, it changes. I love how they change their lunch menu weekly, there is always the daily pastries and delicious cakes and cookies. Great coffee, also available for grab to go. The people are very welcoming as well, definitely recommend!
