Weekday mornings are the quietest
Super-friendly international little team, good coffee, cosy interiors, souvenirs and crafts - all-in! The place is very well-integrated into the overall concept and creative vibe of the Hundertwasser’s surrounding, positive energies have been detected there!!))
Was a great place to have a coffee with some Hundertwasserhaus atmosphere thrown in. Most beautiful china and a great coffee which was hot.
what a cute little place. also a bit eclectic which is on par with the building design. there was no one there when i went which was perfect. the lightly playing christmas music playing in the background made it feel even more comfortable. to be specific, i like quiet places with little or no one around. the coffee was good the the little viennese sweets are good too. the gentleman who was serving was no nonsense and efficient. the hundertwasser vibe was definitely there. quite a bit better than the hundertwasser village around the corner.
We came at around 11 am on monday morning. We were at the bar looking in the menu to order drinks and food. The man behind the bar was arguing on the phone. When he finished the call, he said we had to leave because he was closing up. So despite the opening hours on the door, they were not open.
Of all my reviews so far this is nr 1. Unforgettably beautiful BUT it requires a mindset of openness and adaptation towards the artistic and philosophical meaning of both location and the lady receiving you. In other words, don't come in here as a touristic consumer, since then you'll give it 1 star, but as a human receiving connection. In a way, the stars you give will act as a mirror towards your position, expectations and hopes. Why? We received an orange feather as means of communication, my wife and me blowing it towards each other. Meanwhile, a very warm and lovely "Baga Draga", which was her grandmother's recipe. It was delicious but more importantly: meaningful. She is not just an artist, but a philosopher, a free thinker. And she invites you implicitely to accept this as key for unlocking the beauty of her café.
