Breakfast Club

Nice small local café for breakfast, with a very cozy atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. We ordered a cheese omelette and sunny-side-up eggs, both served with bread and butter. The food was tasty and felt fresh. We arrived early in the morning — if you come during rush hour, expect a possible queue, as the place is popular with locals and some tables were already reserved. Important: they only accept cash. There’s an ATM about two blocks away (Erste Bank), but the withdrawal commission is high, so it’s best to bring cash with you. Overall, a charming spot with great local vibes and genuinely kind staff. Would happily return.

This place was way busier than I thought it would be. People were lining up in the cold waiting to eat here, even accepting outdoor seating with no heaters, us included! The food was good, drinks good, my favourite was the French toast with honey. Service was good. Not sure I would sit in the cold again though. They ran out of food and had to close early, turning away other customers. Business must be booming.

Delicious food, charming service but loses a star because they’re cash only so customers are expected to go to the ATM at the end of the street to pay 5€ to withdraw cash.

One of the best experiences in Vienna was having breakfast in this cute little place! The attention was really great and kind. It was 10 am in the morning, wasn’t too busy.. but if you want to come here, it’s a must being early. It’s truly a gem in Vienna! Love so much my brunch.

I had the Greko—a toasted croissant with pesto, mozzarella, and aged cheese—which I really enjoyed. Definitely recommended for the taste. Overall, the café itself isn’t particularly spectacular, but the service was nice. My husband tried the Vienna Special; the coffee wasn’t great, but it was okay. It’s a thoughtful touch that they serve water right after you’re seated.
