Sorry but a not so good experience specially when you want to start your journey with a good breakfast or simply a coffee to warm your stomach but suddenly be disappointed with such a rude staff named "J*N*" just because your czech crowns is not enough. She could have said ways how to solve it but just said repeatedly NO! NO! NO! With a frowning face..Poor customer service...

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this store. The staff were extremely rude (name: Tanja) and barely made any effort to accommodate us. Considering the store is located in a central station with many foreigners passing through, I was surprised by how unwelcoming the service was. When orders were called, they spoke only in their own language, and instead of helping when customers didn’t understand, they became visibly irritated. This kind of attitude leaves a bad impression, especially in such a busy, international location. I hope management addresses this and trains their staff to be more courteous and considerate toward all customers

Prices are expensive, but at 5 am, not many places are open to grab sandvıc or coffee. Muffin was tasty, but coffee was not so good

I wish that i gave them under 0 star!!!! This is the rudest woman i’ve ever seen! She was yelling at me when I asked her for heating my sandwich and gave a very bad look

I’m so sorry for giving this review but when i went there i had the worst experience with them, i understand we stayed longger n we bought only 2 sandwiches to fill our stomach But they kicked us out with no respect !
