The experience was very unpleasant from start to finish. The cashier girl was clearly annoyed and unfriendly. I ordered a cappuccino and a panini, and the whole interaction felt tense , she rolled her eyes and looked visibly irritated 🙄 After receiving the food, I asked for a bag, but was told there were none and again with a very rude expression. The baristas were not communicative at all, and overall communication was very poor. The customer before me ordered four drinks, and the baristas put lids on his coffee. Because of that, I naturally assumed they would also put a lid on my cappuccino. When my cappuccino was ready, they only said “cappuccino” without any eye contact. I asked for a lid, but they completely ignored me instead of explaining or helping. Only later did I notice that the lids were actually located near the entrance. The coffee itself was terrible, extremely bitter and undrinkable. Overall, the staff seemed exhausted and unhappy with their job, and unfortunately it showed in the service. Because of this experience, I will not be coming back.

Girl at the register today really hates her job, but if you’re making 3 mistakes in the 4 orders I heard, just go do something else. Mistakes are human, but she got annoyed at the customers when she was the one who misheard everything and gave the wrong stuff. Yikes. The other people making up for her mistakes were nice though.

For a long time I haven't had such a bad coffee as here. Overroasted bitter black water that had nothing to do with a good-tasting beverage. Caused both me and my wife a stomach ache on our train ride. I assume they rely on people being travellers and not returning to this place and in our case - mission accomplished. Never ever will we return to this den serving something this BAD.

Got a coffee here for my train ride. One flat white and a small iced latte for my partner was 224Kc. The taste was okay but nothing special making it wayyy overpriced. And yeah I get it it's a chain in a train station but I don't think that's a valid reason. Service was fast and friendly tbf.

This Costa Coffee is located inside the main train station so it was conveniently located. However, prices are higher. The sandwiches were already pre-made and prepackaged. It tasted ok but nothing special. I also bought a slice of banana bread. Not very good at all. It tasted like synthetic banana flavoring as opposed to actual bananas. Good for a quick bite if you're on the run but nothing spectacular.
