This place makes outstanding flat whites: perfectly balanced, silky milk texture, and beautifully dialled espresso. Calm, minimalist space with a clear focus on quality rather than gimmicks. Easily one of the best specialty coffee spots in Paris and worth going out of your way for!

Nice coffee and I believe they have a tasty bakery as well want to sit in but unlucky, smell of cigarette outside is too strong. They opened the door makes smoke come into the café. Highly recommend

Absolutely loved this little spot. The coffee was genuinely excellent, clearly made with care rather than rushed out, and it showed in every sip. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease rather than like just another customer. And the unexpected highlight: the owner’s dog, who was there greeting guests. Beautiful, calm, and gentle, he decided I was a suitable piece of furniture and kept leaning on me like I was a post — which made the experience even better. A proper local Parisian coffee shop with great coffee, lovely people, and real character. We’ll be back without hesitation.

I had a great experience at Parallel Café in Paris! They have the best tuna sandwich I’ve ever had — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. 😋😍🔥🔥 Their cortado is also amazing, rich and smooth with a perfect balance. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality food and great coffee!

Parallel Coffee has a great vibe and super friendly service that makes you feel right at home. We ordered two flat whites and two iced matcha lattes—the girls loved their drinks and finished them happily. The coffee was solid, more of a medium roast, and the flavors came through well. That said, I tend to lean toward lighter roasts with more delicate, fruity notes, and I prefer milk that’s not overheated. So while it wasn’t exactly my style, it was still a well-made cup in a great setting. Would definitely come back and try more of the menu.
