Went to Nuance café, got the matcha strawberry (7 euros) . The matcha is fine, not the best i ever had, but also not bad, so fine is the word. Staff is sweet al thought they are always in a hurry, atmosphère cool, the problem is the sitting. Designed with few seats, it’s a place to buy your drink and have it else where. Beautiful little matcha and coffee cafe. Despite the reviews, I actually had an amazing experience with the staff! Smiley, pleasant, and very welcoming. The store gets busy so fast but the line is so worth it and drinks get made very quick. The matcha color was absolutely ethereal, so green and such a deep flavour. Will be back next time I’m in Paris!

Café Nuance has a beautiful interior and an excellent rose matcha latte, which is truly the highlight of the menu and the main reason I return. The aesthetic of the space is also thoughtfully designed and very appealing. That said, there is a noticeable lack of consistency: sometimes the rose matcha is served with rose petals on top, and other times it is not, despite ordering the same drink. Unfortunately, the service significantly detracts from the overall experience. The staff consistently comes across as unfriendly, arrogant, and unwelcoming. Basic courtesies such as smiling, greeting customers, or creating a pleasant atmosphere are often missing. I have personally experienced this behavior multiple times and have also witnessed similar treatment toward other customers. On one occasion, a barista made an error with my order, acknowledged the mistake, yet initially refused to correct it. After going back and forth several times, including another staff member stepping in to defend the error rather than resolve it, the issue was eventually fixed. However, the correction was handled in a dismissive and hostile manner that made it clear the customer experience was not a priority. While I genuinely love the rose matcha and have been a loyal customer, I have to be honest: I much prefer ordering my matcha at Café Kitsuné, where the service is consistently respectful, professional, and welcoming. Quality products matter, but quality service matters just as much.

It feels like you’re stepping into an artwork, modern abstract sunset over the sea. Delicious food, drinks and wonderful service! I had the rose matcha latte with oat milk and a pain au chocolate :)

Café Nuances in the Triangle d’Or is a true gem for coffee lovers. The quality of the coffee stands out right away — rich, well-balanced, and clearly crafted with care. The space itself is stylish and modern without feeling pretentious, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a quiet cup or meet with friends. With its elegant design and consistently excellent brews, Café Nuances manages to be both chic and welcoming. Definitely a place worth revisiting.
