Nice spot for a lunch break. Great service and tasty food

In love with Paris once again. What a great find. feels authentic in the midst of a touristy area and the staff and service is fantastic. Loved my dark chocolate crepes & noisette.

More than anything, I like the atmosphere. The servers weren’t bad but they needed more skills service wise. When it comes to the food, came with 2 other people and my friend had the steak that comes with salad and fries, the other one some sort of sandwich and I had the pasta with salmon. My friend complained the meat wasn’t as he had asked, and left most of it; my pasta wasn’t the worse but needed some flavour and taste, and the salmon did taste a little old, not fresh at all.

We were walking around this place for a long time, because we thougt it was an expensive place. However, after finally checking the menu, we were pleasantly surprised, that the prices were not much different from the average parisian restaurants. We shared planche mixte with some rose wine and creme brulee (which was already praised by some visitors). The food was very good and the staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Best of Parisian experiences. Service, food, location, atmosphere. All top. Major restoration done several years ago to return this space to its original glory. Parisian history including Sarah Bernhardt's presence oozes from the gorgeous decor. Brasserie style food is served by professional servers, almost all of whom speak good English and are friendly, yes friendly! In the heart of Paris a couple blocks from Notre Dame Cathedral, perfect location for relaxing between other Paris discoveries.
