decoration wasn’t the one i was expecting. looked bland. food was okay however, atmosphere was bad, but well you can’t have everything. still the food is expensive for what it is. However, the other ones (Joe & the Juice) look promising. i must try another one at a different location.
Joe & The Juice at Lafayette has the best location and a great view. Perfect spot to relax.
Unfortunately, one of the worst spots from this company. The drinks themselves are amazing, they never disappoint in terms of the taste. Same for the staff, they are incredibly nice, joke around and really work hard — to the point, I believe they might be overworked. I’ve noticed many times they have issues with the queue due to the really tight place and a huge crowd, due to that, many times they have to remind the customers to move to the other side what people many times understand as rudeness. Then, as so many people come since it is one of a few (and the only one in the main section of Lafayette stores) places to get food and drinks, they have too many orders to the point you have to wait up to 40 minutes if you ordered food. Also, there is no place to sit usually when I come by. In general, I’d say it would be a decent spot if it wasn’t for the price and crowd, the food quality is not amazing for its price however if you’d like to drink something at La Fayette it’s a great place to order something for yourself.
A bit overpriced for what you get. I wasn’t familiar with the concept, but the staff at the counter was very helpful in explaining it. However, it took an unusually long time to get my drink and sandwich, even though it wasn’t busy. On the positive side, it’s refreshing to see that they use a lot of fresh ingredients, which does help justify the higher prices. Unfortunately, the drink I ordered was almost undrinkable as there was way too much ginger in it. I’m not sure if that was a mistake or if that’s how it’s usually made. The tuna sandwich was nice, but nothing special. The location is, of course, great. The downside is that there are barely any seats available, and if you do manage to find one, you’re basically sitting on top of the person next to you.
The best view and best coffee in Galeries Lafayette. Spicy tuna sandwich was awesome as well. Place could have some more cleaning as tables were dirty, but it’s understandable judging by how much people there are to deal with by baristas.
