Café de l'Opéra

Everything was perfect. Servers are great. I don’t know how the rating is so low. I assume that it’s all the angry tourists coming in expecting a Michelin star experience when it’s just a really nice restaurant. 100% recommend coming here.

Great Experience at Café de l’Opéra, Paris Maxim provided excellent service at Café de l’Opéra. He was friendly, attentive, and very professional from the moment we arrived. He made sure everything was taken care of and checked in at the right moments without being intrusive. His positive attitude and attention to detail made the experience smooth and enjoyable, perfectly matching the classic Parisian atmosphere of the café. A great experience overall—highly recommend asking for Maxim when visiting Café de l’Opéra.

The place is nice and the service is ok, but the food was not it. The steak OK, but the salad was very low quality for its price, the croutons were old and the dish was not even to finish it. So, go at your own risk.

The food was of such poor quality that I couldn't even finish my meal. The cocktails are the worst. On top of that, the service was unacceptable—the waiter rudely mocked my accent and charged me more than what I actually owed. He showed me the receipt for just a second before quickly bringing the card machine and adding an extra €5 without explanation. This felt like a scam. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Cool casual place. Food was decent but small portions. Not anything for food allergies. Some vegan options but good location if you’re looking for somewhere to eat quick
