We asked the server if the aperol spritz was 7 euros during happy hour, she said yes, and then charged 9 but could not explain why. Then we orderder Fries but without cheddar, and we got them with cheddar.
Exploring this part of Paris on a chilly afternoon took me to this Cafe - pleasently surprised with English speaking staff. Quick service, attentive and everything worked well for me on my special day. I would go back certainly to sit at the terrace as well.
Went there on a recommendation from a native for lunch. We had the Onglet de Boeuf, (hanger steak) with a béarnaise sauce and the Poulet Rôti with sauce à l'échalote and both were really nicely done. Personally, I liked the Onglet, but the rotisserie Chicken was better. We ended, sharing a Crêpe flambé and with a large bottle of Badoit and an espresso, the bill was €51. The service quality was super and even our bad french was taken in good spirituel anf générosité.
Busy brunch place! We came on Sunday around 13:00 and it was packed, all tables were occupied but they served everything quickly I mean we expected to wait for long time, but it wasn't even long til we got our foods, so it was an extra point already. their fresh orange juice (9/10) was really nice, they used good orange. I ordered a slice beef steak (8/10) served with onion sauce, salad and fries. For 16-18€ I was really happy and satisfied, I think it was such a good price to pay brunch in Paris. The presentation was also nice and appetizing. My friend ordered a baked chicken, it was okay, it could be more seasoned though. But the chicken cooked perfectly and the sauce was nice. I might come back here when I visit Paris next time.
My family chose this place to hang out and eat dinner and they happened to have vegan options so I decided to give it a try blindly 😩. Once again I was surprised and the food was really good! ITS HARD finding good vegan food in Paris. They delivered. The waiter spoke English and gave us everything we asked for with no problems. Everywhere we went we ordered a lot of food and I think it shocks the natives because they don’t eat as much as Americans do lol. Oh well! 💁🏾♀️ Cafe M is on my return list.
