If I could give it less, I would. Terrible service!

The food was tasty, but it took two and a half hours to arrive, even though the delivery time was promised to be 70 to 80 minutes. All the dishes arrived cold, and there was very little soup. Honestly, if you want to order food from this place, you should order at least two hours before lunchtime and have something to heat it up if you don't want to eat it cold.

Ordered on Rappi - they use their own delivery person… order never arrived. Impossible to communicate with… basically robbed my order. Hope it tasted good. I will never know and will never order from them again.

If I could give it one star less than zero, I would! The service is absolutely terrible. I've had the same problem several times when ordering delivery: more than two hours of waiting for it to arrive cold, and they get angry when you ask about the delivery time after you've already paid. It's always the same excuse, no matter what time you order. If there's one thing that defines them, it's their awful customer service and delivery times for lunch ordered more than an hour in advance. They even go so far as to say, after two hours, "I don't know what happened to your order," and never reply again.

Horrible. Salmon was sent to the kitchen twice cause it was raw. “Punta de anca” (beef) was fatty and hard as a rock, never coming back here again
