The place is nice, the prices are normal for the area, there's a variety of brunch-style dishes, it's very pleasant for sharing, and it's pet-friendly.

We stopped here for an ice cream and drinks with friends. I hoped the service had improved as a previous experience had been very poor. The ice cream was delivered first and we waited nearly 30 minutes for the drinks.The glasses were half full and the staff didn't really seem to take any pride in their work. I certainly would not recommend coming here if you expect good service or quality ice cream or deserts.

Slow service with a melted ice cream delivered half an hour after our arrival. No credit card facilites ! We made the mistake of gojng again and the service was equally as bad. The icecream was fast this time but I think they went to the jungle to find the fruit for the drinks. The iceream was long gone before the drinks arrived.

Excellent! The service was very friendly—the young man took the time to explain everything to us and then ask us how we were and if we liked it. The ice cream we ordered—Colombian—was one of the best I've ever had. It's also located in a very nice place—Parks del Río.
