Starbucks was absolutely lovely! The staff greeted me with such warmth and kindness—it made the whole visit feel special. There was a wide variety of pastries to choose from, and everything looked fresh and delicious. Cozy vibe, great service, and sweet treats.

Service was -1000 the barista Flor. did the most disgusting brown sugar oat shaken expresso. The app didn’t work for us tourist. I was dying to get a 6 Starbucks cups for my family and friends. The recepies were completely different. Manager was kinda nice and till had no idea what he was doing. Anyways don’t go it’s extremely gross, horrible attitude this isn’t a real Starbucks. Flor was the probably the worst barista in the world.

You typical Starbucks cafe. This one has a great location, it's next to my hotel. Great way to get coffee before heading out exploring Madrid. The experience is the same just like any other Starbucks. But I like this one because it's small and cozy. I highly recommend it if you're a Starbucks coffee lover. Have a great day

This Starbucks is pretty much what you'd expect from branch of this chain. That is, excellent coffee, friendly service, a good choice of snacks and as others have mentioned, a bit cheaper compared to the UK where I'm from, so it makes the coffee taste that much better.
