Starbucks

The matcha here is so good, and the people working here are so nice

The staff there is not friendly and I've been there for 3 times and the service of them is very bad as I always notice whenever I buy very nice. I know working a lot is exhausting but you can't be like that to the people who buy very nice. And there's one girl that put his finger inside the cup knowing we will there it. Hoping this will reach to the top person, so they can give some lesson to their staff to be nice too if the buyer is nice and good.

Unfortunately by far the worst service from a Starbucks. The drink was normal and average Starbucks, but the staff that served my drink (I believe Andrea) was very underwhelming. I fully acknowledge that it's a busy spot and hence tough working conditions, but if you're not suit for it, you should not be doing it. I've been to busier Starbucks where staff was pleasant and effective. Sadly a poor experience that will keep me away for good.

Place was crowded, looks under staffed to handle the crowd. The ladies at the counters were cute and well behaved, but I think more manpower to be added. The coffee was great as always from a star bucks!

Think I’ve worked out why Starbucks coffee in Spain tastes badly when compared to Starbucks in other countries - they use long life UHT milk. It’s the worst thing to add to coffee. Coffee was okay and it was the first place I’ve seen with Christmas decorations and cups. Really, it’s 09.11 - not even December. Anyway, they spelt my name correctly, so that’s worth an extra star. Normal service, normal prices, normal Starbucks (except for the milk)
