One of my favourite spots when in Madrid 🌸

God forbid people aiming to better themselves through study or work is considered “massive abuse”. To management: I hope you realize the kind of message you send your community with these restrictive non transparent policies. If they can’t put themselves in a better economic position, you think there will be more or less people coming to this franchise location? Give the short sided ness of this restrictive policy, you probably haven’t thought that far.

my mum and i had breakfast there three days in a row during our holiday in madrid and we couldn't be happier with the place!! the food tastes delicious (we tried the pistacchio croissant, nutella croissant and chocolate croissant), and the coffee is good too :) the staff was nice to us and the decor is beautiful! 100% recommended 💗

Service, quality and price at a good balance. A reliable establishment to grab an XL coffee (a rarity in Spain). Comfortable chairs and cozy decor.

It's ok for a quick breakfast, they do have nice coffee and fresh bread. I would have loved to see more vegetarian sandwiches but had only one option today.
