Starbucks

Really disappointed with this visit. The mobile order was supposed to be ready in minutes, but I ended up waiting over 15. When I asked about the delay, the staff barely acknowledged me. The drink tasted off, like it was made in a rush. Not the level of consistency I expect from Starbucks.

Good coffee but unfortunately bad customer service. The order was messed up and when we asked for missing items - we were given completely something else. Tried to explain that wasn’t what was ordered, but no luck ( I guess it can be blamed on the crowded morning)

No one needs plastic flowers! Real plants, even evergreens like small ferns and pines, help to reduce carbon and require little maintenance and offer space for insects. Think sustainability! #SDG17

We tried strawberry acai and tiramisu ice latte. The acai was great but the ice latte was not good at all. The store is very clean and nice. The staff are very polite and helpful. The entrance is from O2 and they security will check the bags. There is an outside area to seat or for smoking area.

It is located near the entrance to the mall. Parking is easy as it is part of the shopping complex. It has two entrances, one from inside the mall and its own entrance next to the outdoor seating. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Staff are friendly. Coffee quality and service are typical Starbucks fare.
