A nice warm space filled with incredible lighting. Maisie and Beth were amazing baristas. I ordered a hot chocolate which was delicious and honestly the perfect portion. They recommended the hibiscus rum sour cocktails which was the absolute perfect blend of sour and sweet and gave me a great buzz. I highly recommend this space for a quiet but still lively evening! Felt so welcome and comfortable in the space where I normally have anxiety ordering, will definitely be visiting again!!

A great little spot for excellent coffee! I often come here to read or get some work done, and it’s always such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff — especially Ghizlane and Vicky — are incredibly friendly and easy to chat with. They make the place feel welcoming every time. Highly recommend!

Good vibe and great coffee. I’ve been in love with their delicious iced mango matcha latte. Well balanced, not overly sweet. Best matcha drinks in Canary Wharf!

As a regular customer and coffee lover who’s visited countless cafés, this place consistently delivers excellent coffee. Their flat whites and double espressos are top-notch i.e. smooth, strong, and well-prepared every time. The staff generally come across as friendly, and I appreciate the effort they put into the drinks. That said, a few things could be improved. The recyclable cup lids disintegrate quite quickly. More than once mine has started falling apart before I even finished my flat white, which really detracts from the experience. I fully support sustainability, but the product still needs to be practical and reliable. The atmosphere is another area that could use some attention. While the space has a clean, minimal design, it feels awkward and not particularly welcoming (both in terms of layout and staff interaction). For example, when I say “Good morning” or “Hello”, there’s often no response but just a silent wait for my order. The same goes for “Thank you” or “Have a good day”. I personally don’t think that the staff are rude or malicious, but there’s a noticeable lack of warmth and basic social etiquette that makes the experience feel a bit off. It’s hard to pinpoint, but something about the vibe, space, and energy could benefit from a rethink to make it more inviting. Still, if you’re after a solid flat white or a velvety, strong double espresso in Canary Wharf, this place delivers on quality. Just hoping the overall experience can catch up to what’s in the cup.

This is my new favourite place to go for chai latte. Went at the Night lights event they had Baylis chocolate which was to die for. Chai latte also decent. Very clean, zen vibes and a tranquil place to take your poison. Their upfront loyalty card is worth it.
