Benugo

Tried their sausage roll, cinnamon roll, maple spice cappuccino, and flat white — all were really nice, especially after heating up the sausage roll. The seating area was comfortable and spacious, so there wasn’t any worry about finding a place to sit. The prices were fair. The staff did feel a bit rushed, but that’s understandable given it’s at St Pancras Station Would recommend for a nice breakfast, lunch or if you want a nice cup of coffee.

I love this branch of Benugo. Every week, I always grab my coffee's and etc from Benugo. The service and food is consistent and always perfect. However I am really dissapointed with today's service. The barista accidentally forgot to add my vanilla syrup to my latte (which is very normal, we are human). He looked new to coffee making and I told him to take his time. I was not upset at all, as I understand how it is. However, who i believe to be his superior, a blonde Eastern European lady, no younger than 35 was being absolutely disgusting towards him. Talking to him in a demeaning and degrading manner because he was slightly slower than the expected service. To also see her treating him like that, especially since he was visibly south asian seemed racially motivated. He was clearly struggling and to be so rude, especially in front of customers is ridiculous. I was honestly shocked and my jaw was on the floor to see this, especially in front of customers. This isn't okay and I hope HR or seniors intervene to train staff on how to treat colleagues. I hope Benugo reprimand this staff member as this is not acceptable and I hope this isn't what the company stand for.

Food was fine but I had to ask again for my toasted bagel. My wife and I bought coffee, ginger shots and breakfast. My bagel was delayed and I waited whilst 5 or 6 other people ordered and received their breakfast rolls before me. After around 10 mins I asked where mine was and they hadn’t even put it in the toaster. No apology or explanation. My wife ordered a second oat latte in her own mug. When it was handed over it was cows milk. Really poor service. Expect better for the prices you charge

I ordered a chicken focaccia melt and a chicken wrap (I love chicken) and I must say the food was a 6/7... Would absolutely recommend! 🔥6️⃣7️⃣6️⃣7️⃣

An ok coffee shop, a bit over hyped. The toasted piscina wasn’t that great, the filling was not that definite, in terms of flavour. Seating was ok, classic station seating. Staff were normal. Good for a quick bite but nothing special
