Service was unfortunately quite curt β the barista only said βuh huhβ throughout the entire interaction. A quick reminder about basic courtesy would help.β¨Latte tasted fine, but the large is closer to a small/medium at most other chains.
Unfortunately, the food was both overpriced and poor in quality, it just didnβt meet expectations for the British Library at all. It was the worse salmon bagel and salad I had in years, the cost was Β£10 for a stale bagel and wet salad, too simple to get wrong.
Terrible overpriced food. Rude service. Yells at students who come into the cafe with their own food even when there's a lot of free tables. There's no other spot to eat in the library so what do you expect?!
an impressive place to gain knowledge and to spend time, quite often there are events for children
Utterly terrible coffee - I've just had the worst flat white I have ever been served. To add insult to injury it was also overpriced. This place never has a seat available due to all the children failing to pretend to be adults who take up seating all day long but not buying anything. The area should be glassed off and signs put up telling people they will be asked to leave if not eating/drinking.
