Sprout Kitchen

I usually love sprout but unfortunately won’t be eating here again. I ordered a bowl and as I was about halfway finished eating it I found an insect (I think maybe a wasp?) inside. I thankfully received a refund but very disappointing and disgusting.

I usually love Sprout. It's one of the few food chains that I consistently seek out for This specific restaurant though, let me unimpressed The service felt rushed. True, it was a Saturday around lunch time, but I felt just a number and my bowl just assembled mechanically It's nice that they have some tables and some "stairs" where one can sit but I ended up waiting a lot just to get a seat on the steps for a salad that was not cheap The taste was ok but it did not give me the usual sense of satisfaction that other Sprout places give me. It also seems to me that Sprout menus are shrinking every time I go to one

Disappointing experience. I ordered the Middle Eastern Chicken Salad Bowl and was extremely let down by the delivery. Not only did my order arrive late, but the packaging was completely torn and leaking when I received it. As you can see in the photos, the container was damaged and the food was spilling out. To make matters worse, the delivery driver refused to help properly. He just told me to “make order help” in the app and said he had to rush to deliver another order. This is completely irresponsible and unprofessional. I paid for a fresh, well-packed meal, but received a mess that was inedible. The overall experience—from the delay to the poor handling and dismissive response—was very disappointing. I expect better service, accountability from the driver, and proper packaging that can survive the journey. Please address this issue seriously.

🌱 Outstanding first experience at Sprout! I was craving something fresh to balance out the Guinness and fish & chips from the past few days, and Sprout delivered. I built my own salad with spinach, kale, arugula, chicken, sweet potatoes, and a bit of rice, topped with a ginger dressing that was out of this world. Super fresh, perfectly balanced, and incredibly satisfying. I walked out feeling light yet full and totally energized to continue exploring Dublin. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Can’t recommend this place enough — clean, quick, healthy, and flavorful. I’ll definitely be back.

Wow wow wow wow wow, that's all I can say! What an amazing set up in this little gem of a place but have also had Sprout delivered twice now to work in Ranelagh and it's not failed me once. You need to try the olive salsa if you enjoy olives! Super fresh ingredients, actual chicken etc rather than weird deli meat and HUGE portions. I've yet to finish a bowl or a wrap in one sitting. Highly recommend for dine in or take out. Their cookbook is on my wish list for Christmas too! I hope these guys keep up the great work!
