One toilet is clogged, the other one doesn't have a toilet seat. Hey, boys and girls, your coffee is probably good, but you can barely get into the toilet to poop here. That's a bit of a stretch, isn't it?

I Only had a matcha latte and it was only ok as there wasn’t much matcha in it more a warm milk drink. And only warm not hot. Service was chaotic and too long. Total confusion over who was getting what after ordering and paying. Super expensive too. Quite busy so hard to get a seat. No atmosphere quite a bland cafe.

I love this coffee shop. The basement is cosy, and the ground floor has these windows pointed to beautiful buildings.

Had Cappuccino and Hot Chocolate. Pretty good experience as it was my first time. A good place to hang out with friends at City centre. Staff was good as well as ambiance.

My wife and I stopped at Costa for a coffee and pastry while wandering the streets of Dublin. The coffee was excellent, the desserts also very good. The girl at the checkout was a bit apathetic and lacked energy. It also bothered me that everything was full and we didn't have anywhere to sit down in the first place. Noticing that the young man at the table for four had "opened an office with a computer" I approached and told him to sit down as everything was full, he was quite unhappy. We sat down at the table anyway. The sanitary facilities are not exemplary, despite being used by code.
