Original Coffee

Original Coffee has been a staple throughout my Copenhagen life. I had my first proper coffee from this chain and, in many ways, grew up on their beans. Every location delivers the same familiar standard — and honestly, there’s comfort in that. The Bredgade café is no exception; it simply reaffirms why I keep coming back.

Cute coffee shop with few tables inside and outside. Offers good coffee, sandwiches and baking goods. Banana bread with mocha cream - must try (note it has chocolate chips in it)

Great location nearby the Marmor church and the Amalienborg, to take a rest while waiting for the guards shift at noon? :D Great staff, serviceminded and friendly. There are sittings further inside the shop, with some window-sittings. Recommended!

Fantastic spot for breakfast and a hot drink. They have a small but nice breakfast menu. The overnight oats were very tasty. Prices are not bad either.

A nice small coffee shop with fantastic baked goods. There is limited seating, but there are some outdoor seats. The banana bread is definitely worth trying it was really good. The staff was great and the service was really fast. I wasn't aware that this was a chain restaurant.
