I had a really good experience working from here while visiting Berlin. Easy signup & onboarding. The office dog was extra cute! It was spacious, quiet, well equipped environment. The only note is that the phone booths are not soundproofed and not all of them is comfortable - the bar stools suck.

I visited Mindspace recently to get a day pass and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, I waited at the reception area for someone to help me, but no one was there. I went up to the 7th floor to look for a staff member who could assist me. Instead of being greeted or helped, the male office manager immediately accused me of “sneaking in” and told me I was in the wrong for coming upstairs. Even after I calmly explained that I had been waiting downstairs at reception and only came up because nobody was there to check me in, his tone remained accusatory and dismissive. I felt like I was being treated as if I had done something wrong simply for trying to use the space as a legitimate visitor. As a person of colour, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being profiled, which was upsetting and deeply uncomfortable. Regardless of the reason, no guest or potential customer should be made to feel unwelcome or suspected just for trying to get assistance. Given how serious this incident felt, I am considering making a formal complaint to the relevant authorities about the way I was treated. I hope Mindspace will seriously review how their staff speak to and treat people, especially walk-in visitors, and ensure that everyone is greeted with basic respect and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

I had a fantastic experience using a day pass at MINDSPACE BERLIN. The space is perfectly located just a couple of minutes' walk from the Hilton Berlin, making it incredibly convenient. A special thank you to Mauro at the front desk. His exceptional English and service made check-in smooth and incredibly welcoming, setting a great tone for the day and allowing me to get straight down to business. I was really impressed with the amenities. The wifi was super fast, which was essential for my work. The print station was easy to use, and the telephone booths were a lifesaver for taking client calls privately. The conference room/desk I worked from was comfortable and productive. To top it off, I got to enjoy the beautiful roof terrace on this sunny April day – a wonderful bonus! MINDSPACE BERLIN provided the perfect co-working environment for my needs. Highly recommend!

Central location, nice design and calm atmosphere. Clean shared spaces, easy to navigate floors. Perfect for remote work.

Very nice place to work with a good spirit among people. Afterworks and other events are organized so you can meet the other co-workers. It’s very well decorated. My only « complaint » is that it feels like a big maze and takes some time to find your marks.
