Very bad, rude and unwelcoming staff. The staff rushed my order even though I was the only one in the store. The bubble tea was below expectations. I wonβt be coming back here.
Got a couple drinks today (classic milk tea and a mango one). Both were good. Cute little place with asian snacks as well. The lady working was really friendly. I recommend.
Boboq is a cute boba tea spot with the added bonus of an international mini market. We tried the lemon strawberry boba teaβslightly overpriced, but tasted good. It's a cozy place to relax with a drink, thanks to the inviting seating area.
Their bubble tea is quite okay, and they had some varieties we haven't tried, which were really good. However, the shop is divided up strangely, as if it were two shops in the same shop. Besides that, the candy they have, priced unrealistically high, had to pay β¬5 for a small piece of chocolate. It a bit arrogant, especially because the quality is not better.
This was the worst customer experience I've ever had at a cafe. The woman at the register had terrible attitude towards me and the guy she was working with. I tried asking if the drink I was going to order included boba and I couldn't get an answer in german or english. She charged me 0,50 cents more than was printed on the menu. Normally customer service isn't too important to me, but this place was downright hostile towards me. The drink itself was ok. It didn't include boba as I had wished, but it tasted alright.
