This is a chain but the food and coffee were very good. It appears to be mainly locals rather than tourists. It was non-stop busy. A basic understanding of German will make your experience much easier.

Very nice place to have a quick breakfast, a lot of choices, affordable and quality is okay for the price. The woman who served us was very nice and we were able to sit inside the shop to eat.

It’s upsetting to see so many negative reviews! As for me the place is nice, friendly staff and good selection of sandwiches and buns. I loved my Apple brioche

Visited yesterday. Two ladies were working. Not friendly at all. Coffee was tasteless, sandwiches we asked to warm up ended up a little bit warm outside, cold inside. Which is not good at all for chicken sandwiches. Even my both kids couldn't finish their deserts. On the other hand toilets were clean and place itself were spotless.
