I'm gonna say it.... Best Bravas in Barcelona... I've been coming to this "hole in the wall" 'The Mendi' for years, the first time, maybe 20 years back with a friend that grew up local. Each time I return, I hope the Bravas are as good as I remember, never disappoints.

Delicious tapas the this very casual dining spot. The patatas bravas was delicious - the Smokey paprika sauce was divine. The bread the tomatoes and olive oil exemplified simple food done well

Impressive variety of sandwiches freshly made to order with a cute seating area just across the way that’s covered and well shaded. was a great snack after a long day of walking!

SuperCozy cafe/bar with tapas and sandwiches and burgers! The only downside is that you neeed to order food in order to sit in the outside area :( but the sandwiches are really good and the burger we tried was okay but it had a bit to much mustard for our taste. Local joint with wonderful traditional foods! Just before the famous market on La Rambla this place is a gem! Just a small beer and vermut and enjoy some very traditional foods of Catalonia. Must have-rabbit spareribs, tripe, omelette, and potatoes!
