I have a severe gluten intolerance and I specifically asked the waitress if the veg tacos contain gluten or not. She said adamantly that they do not, she even promised that they didn't save that she knows for sure, totally! I believed her. Half way through the meal I decided to check with her again and she says the same but then brought the allergen menu to show me (why she didn't think to look there or show me before, I don't know). She pointed at my dish on the menu and guess what? My dish contained almost every allergen on the list, including gluten. I have now had one week off work feeling completely intoxicated and as I am self employed I have also lost a significant amount of my income just before Christmas! How can a waitress be so incompetent? What's more she appeared a little drunk and kept banging into chairs and tables while serving us! I will be going back there this week to make an official complaint! My reply to the owners response below: I'm sorry but that's not what happened. When I ordered the dish I didn't know there was an allergen menu. The waitress should've pointed to this when asked about the ingredients of the dish I wanted to order. She did NOT come over to warm me of the ingredients after I had started! That's completely untrue. I ate half of the meal and just felt like something was wrong and then I saw that there was an allergen menu on the back of the menu and I called the waitress over. She then showed me that menu and repeated that the dish was gluten free despite the dish clearly containing lots of allergens including gluten. At that point in time the damage was already done. I had already eaten it and had to face the consequences and there's nothing you or the waitress could have done to fix that. I didn't make a scene or get angry in the moment but to be completely honest with you I am furious as it was 100% avoidable and I made every effort to confirm with your staff that the dish I was ordering was gluten free.

Disappointed. We went here for dinner and drinks. All we received were our drinks. We ordered patatas bravos and they never came. We ended up ordered two more food items and after waiting 2 hours those never came. The two tables next to us were seated after us and ordered food after us. Their food came to their tables with no problems. Eventually we realized we were never going to receive our food and asked for the bill. The bill included the patatas bravos that we never recieved. Thankfully they took it off after we pointed out we never received any food. The bill didn't include the other food items we had ordered, and never received, which was good. But it definitely seems like they had zero intention of ever serving us food tonight. Super disappointing because we had ordered a couple drinks and we received those with no issue. Everyone else's food in the restaurant looked great but we were never allowed to try or eat despite ordering multiple items. Crazy. They could have made so much more money off of our table but choose not too.

I went here for dinner and had the tapa of the day which was duck tacos which were absolutely delicious. Great combination of flavours. I also had the burger which was the tastiest burger I’ve had in a very long time. The beef burger was divine and had a great barbecue flavour to it. Staff were very friendly and loved the decoration. Will definitely come again to try the other dishes.

Great place! I’ve visited twice and enjoyed both times. The building is cool, prices are fair and the atmosphere is relaxed. The staff is friendly and very good about warning you if you are over ordering. The plates are huge, but delicious. Gotta have the nachos!

Nice vermouth and tapas place, outdoor seating and cool vibe which works as the restaurant to the film library of Catalunya. Prices are ok, service good, food great! And if you go on weekdays you can go for the daily menu option (around 10€) which has a good variety of dishes. The place is a bit more trendy than any other average tapas bar in El Raval and it is really close to Rambla del Raval, the heart of that area.
