I have notified the Catalan Consumer Agency and the General Directorate of Language Policy that the signage of this establishment does not comply with Law 22/2010, on the Consumer Code of Catalonia, or Law 1/1998, on Language Policy. I hope that this information is useful in adapting to current regulations and improving service for everyone. I also hope that other customers will forgive you for disparaging Catalan as you do, but I do not.

I'm sorry, but I'm giving it two stars. I think the service leaves a lot to be desired. The first girl who took our order was incredibly rude and unfriendly. I asked if they would serve me at the table, and she said, "You'll serve yourself, sweetheart." They don't even serve us at the tables inside, and it's ridiculously expensive. They charged me for iced coffee on one of the coffees I wanted—unbelievable! Next thing you know, they'll be charging for the glasses. I've attached the receipt so you can see. The croissant was also ridiculously expensive and not good at all—way too much sugar. We also ordered decaf coffees, and they gave us regular coffee; you can really tell the difference. We complained, and they didn't offer a solution; they just said they had prepared it correctly… Anyway, we won't be back.
