The company is pretty mediocre in terms of work. The work environment is quite toxic; they don't listen to the employees and they don't care about losing any of them. This is a widespread opinion among everyone who has worked here. What a coincidence, right? I've seen it all: sick leave due to depression... employees leaving because of work pressure... pregnant women not renewing their contracts simply because they want to start a family... And they don't care about any of this. It's as if they're the best employee in the world and all they want is a day off to avoid ending up with anxiety, or to tell the company that maybe they could use another employee to improve things and prevent people from taking sick leave or leaving because of it... They don't listen to the employees and only focus on the negative. They criticize everything and treat you like the same animal they kill to sell. They don't care about improving or keeping the best employees. Honestly, the company is barely functioning. I think it's logical that a company would want to treat and listen to its employees well, not only for their own sake, but also for the smooth operation of the company itself.
