I ordered a latte and specifically asked for NO ICE (not ice on the side), yet i was still charged an extra 10b?? its makes no sense to pay more when i didnt even take a single cube of ice home. 2ndly, im well aware that a drink without ice wont fill the cup, but even after u added ice later, it's just a half of cup?? this make me wonder and confusing about your serving logic between a standard oder with my oder... Also, since this place attracts many tourists, the staff really should improve their english skills to avoid these kinds of misunderstands

Their Coffee and drinks are good, service is good but takes longer for serving time. The place is not that clean and there are broken tiles that makes the table move and dangerous for chairs to suddenly move. There is a small area with a.c. but the open area without a.c. is the bigger dine in area.

Overall, the experience is okay. The drink tastes decent, the portions are generous, and the pricing is fair. However, the air-conditioned indoor space is quite small and narrow, while the outdoor seating area is much more spacious. If you’re not particular about having air conditioning, the outdoor area is a good spot to sit and relax. As for the staff, I don’t have much to comment on—perhaps due to a language barrier.

the coffee is good but the service is a little bit... they didn't speak english but I think they just nerves same as me (english is not my first language too) soooo I hope you guys didn't blame the waiters or the cashier there. they were so kind but to nerves.

Café Amazon is located at Siam Square. We used to be the regular customer of this outlet but unfortunately I don't think we will come back again. The cashier of the outlet is super blurred. I used the youtrip card to pay the payment of my order as we purchased 12 bottles of the cookie. She told me transactions didn't go through, and I brought out another credit card to make the payment. After we left the cafe for less than 10 minutes, I checked and saw there was a deduction on my youtrip card. Immediately, we went back to the restaurant. While I'm trying my best to explain to 1st , 2nd, 3rd, and even 4th person, they can't really understand what I mean double deduction. Till 4th person said they will view the cctv! What pissed me was not even apologising or saying sorry despite the mistake made by the staff there. Just view the cctv and said "Oh, you go and contact your bank to settle!" Poor terrible service, and we will not go back again! I advise you guys to check all your transactions before leaving to avoid the same issue. Their drink was also average and filled up all the iced full and yet overcharged us.
