Villa is in a restricted area which makes everything very complicated. With a little bit more effort the villa would be great but there were stains on pillows Staff was friendly and made laundry.

I stayed 2 nights with nice rice farm view and fresh air. Need exhaust in bathroom.

Best place to stay in Ubud

Amazing place to spend good time with friends in Bali. The view is amazing and the staff is very friendly!

we ordered a villa here and didn't know that airbnb has a rule that it can't be ordered by a third party because we've never had a problem with this before. coincidentally the one who ordered the villa did not come with us so the villa did not allow it and canceled it unilaterally. this was very detrimental because it was already late afternoon. but because we still wanted to be there we ordered back via airbnb who joined us on vacation. We thought that unilaterally canceled orders would be refunded but they didn't refund even though we tried to talk to the villa owner. And in the rules they make the villa cleaned every day but when I was there no one came to clean on the grounds that it was a Sunday off. They themselves disobeyed their rules. then don't make it cleaned every day.
