My favorite thing about Chai of the Tiger is the atmosphere. It’s charming, small, cozy, and incredibly comfortable all at the same time. The space feels thoughtful and welcoming in a way that immediately puts you at ease. The food absolutely lives up to the atmosphere. The naan was so good that I ended up taking the leftovers with me, and I was very glad I did. Everything felt fresh, flavorful, and made with care. This is one of my favorite Indian places, not just because of the food but because of how personal the whole experience feels. It genuinely feels like a restaurant created by humans, for humans, and that makes it stand out in the best way.
Loved it! Best adrak chai ever, solid food platter, fun games, great service & vibe. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Beautifully decorated seating arrangement. We tried the Indian food after a few days in Bali. Chicken curry was home style. The other 5 chat items were good too.
Chai of the Tiger is a hidden gem in Ubud for anyone craving authentic Indian chaat. The flavours are bold, comforting, and incredibly well-balanced, every bite tastes freshly made and thoughtfully prepared. The chaat is the real star here: tangy, spicy, crunchy, and full of texture, just the way it should be.
Such a relaxing atmosphere, great prices amazing food! Right across from my homestay at Putu Putra homestay. You can take your shoes off and hangout on the couch, I had the butter chicken, garlic nan and ice cream I was under 100,000 great deals! I am used to paying 10x that in the United States. I will be going back there over and over as I will be in Ubud for over 30 days and this is a great home spot for me!! Highly highly recommend! Bring some friends it is meant for good vibes and hangouts 🙏❤️
