The accounting department is nonexistent; avoid it at all costs. I'm following up on my request, which dates back to September 19, 2024, and still haven't received a response. This is simply illegal and outrageous.

Order placed via ManoMano, one product was missing, but this company took excellent care of it after an exchange of emails; their efficiency and speed are commendable!

I am giving my opinion because I am not really satisfied with the service. I had a problem I could not adjust my softener yet I did the maneuvers as I was told by phone and it did not work. It was for the start-up and in fact the start-up is by phone and it is very complicated if there is a problem there is no technician who intervenes basically you have to manage yourself.
