Fantastic and authentic canal experience with Floating Boats Amsterdam The Light Festival 2025 tour was amazing — very informative, relaxed, and with a great atmosphere. Small groups, a very personal vibe, and a skipper who is genuinely friendly and passionate about what he does. (I also loved the cool playlist that matched each art piece 😄) We already joined a Floating Boats tour back in 2019 and had such a great experience that it was an easy decision to come back. Highly recommended if you want a unique and authentic way to experience Amsterdam from the water — without the typical crowded tourist boat feeling. Unfortunately, it was pretty cold… so we might just have to come back again in spring! ✨

Visiting from Canada and went on a boat tour with these guys. The skipper was both funny and educational. The drink girl was friendly and provided good service. It was one of our highlights in Amsterdam. I would highly recommend going with these guys on a boat tour.

It was a wonderful boat trip with very nice people!!! Very good captain and guide!!! Rene and Jaron told us everything and showed us. Great atmosphere and a great boat!!! Everyone comes to them, I recommend.

This was a really fun experience! It was a very small group on this tour, and our guide gave the option of just chilling or getting some nice lessons. He was fun and knowledgeable, and the captain had obviously done this before, navigating the bridges beautifully. There are beer, wine, and cocktails available either for purchase or as part of your package. We had some rain, but the boat had a cover to keep us dry, and then was opened once the sun came back out. It's an hour tour that takes you past many points of interest around the city. I recommend a seat near the front of the boat for the best photo opportunities and views.

Amazing birthday trip! Beautiful views and very informative and interesting. Irene and Levi were fab! Irene was an amazing bar tender and tour guide. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend you taking the trip!
