Very friendly service, variety of exquisite products available. The only thing that could make it even better is if they showed animal documentaries. Very relaxing vibes through excellent music play list.

Well what can I say, No I don't Smoke, but what a place we were very welcome it was a super chilled place to just sit and chat... we orderd a coffee, and a couple of soft drinks, and x2 batches of mini pancakes (no they weren't loaded) just normal nice snakes if you don't use cannabis. You can not smoke tobacco in the shop, and you shouldn't use your phone. This is a talk to each other and chill with some good old personal interaction. Highly Recommend if you have a mixed group of users and non users.

I have been coming to Amnesia for 30 years. I went there today. It was empty with a couple of people there. Upon ordering drinks, the rude lady said I had to buy weed before I could get the drinks. This is the first time I have had this here. Really upset. It's a shame that it has become like this. Bad management.

Came in there 6.8.2025 at around 11am. First of all great prices!! Best prices if ur looking to go 🌿 somewhere There were two amazing guys serving. They were kind polite and greeted me with a smile. One guy was serving 🌿 and he even had small lights on the table to showcase how the buds looked. On the desk you had a touch tablet where you could read everything about any strain they were selling. If you had any questions the guy would educate you before you took anything. They were even lending out grinders and giving away pre rolled rolling papers. The other guy was Japanese and served me coffee with a bow and respect. He also made me best decorative waffles i had in amsterdam. The guys were very chill and polite, music was wonderful and weed tasted fantastic!! So far the best coffee shop in amsterdam! They were so kind they even let me take a picture of waffle and a coffee i got. As long as i didn’t take picture of anyone inside of a coffee shop! 11/10 would recommend anyone to visit!

Amnesia was the perfect birthday stop, laid-back, welcoming, and with some of the best vibes I found in the city. Tucked beside a quiet canal, it’s small but cozy, with that classic Amsterdam coffeeshop feel: mellow music, dark wood tables, and staff who are friendly without trying too hard. The menu was solid, and everything felt high quality and well-curated. I grabbed a pre-roll and relaxed with an Amnesia Sorbet, a chilled, fruity blend of strawberry and fresh forest fruit that hit just right. Smooth, sweet, and surprisingly refreshing. And as a bonus? They gave me a branded lighter for my birthday, which was a genuinely kind and unexpected touch. It’s the kind of place you settle into and forget the time. Exactly what a great coffeeshop should be.
