What a horrible place to gamble! First time in Medellín, wanting to play, and I find myself in an illegal casino where there's a lot of noise, a lot of alcohol, a lot of smokers, and nobody wanted to play unless they were betting... They're doing a disservice to the sport... I won't be back... Mediocre people who damage the sport

Beautiful place. Very amicable and welcoming people, even to a non-Spanish speaking foreigner. I will visit again.

I invite you to help us share this information... For those who don't know, the Chess Park is located in the Atanasio Girardot sports complex. It's the only one of its kind in South America, bringing together many chess players from all over Antioquia, Colombia, and South America. With the stadium renovation project, they plan to remove it to build a hotel there... and they haven't offered any relocation options. That's why all of us who have a chess player in our families, whether professional or aspiring, would be grateful if you could help us share this.

Good atmosphere, the facilities are very good, they have a rental service for chess, cards or dominoes, there is a restaurant bar for snacks but its only drawback is that the music is played at a high level which makes it difficult to play chess, otherwise it is fine.
