Absolutely loved it here! The chicken salad was fresh and delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn’t be better — right next to the beautiful St. Charles Church. Highly recommend.

I have a simple rule - If a business allows me to use the toilette when I ask nicely, I will definitely come back. The opposite holds true as well. This place allowed me and, indeed, I came back later accompanied with a friend. Our waitress was very nice and welcoming, and the atmosphere was calm. The kitchen was closed (it was somewhere between 16 and 17), so I can't say anything about the food. This, I will leave for my next visit.

What a nice restaurant I found next to a beautiful and interesting museum in Vienna. I have enjoyed every bite of food, the presentation is attractive, and the flavour is remarkable. The dessert was definitely my favourite. It was simply delicious. I would suggest a change in the restaurant's lights, since at night so many yellow lights only detract a little from the place's appeal (it's just a personal opinion). I definitely recommend it.

Had dinner there and went back the next day for the amazing coffee and the artichoke dish! Sadly the rest of the dishes were not that great, so there is definitely room for improvement in that regard! I visited a restaurant recently and had a rather disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we requested a table by the window. The dining area was empty, yet we were informed all window seats were reserved and were instead seated at a bar table. Throughout our stay, no one arrived to occupy these supposedly reserved seats, which felt quite unfair, especially since we only intended to stay for a short time to have tea. We ordered dessert, and the only positive aspect of our visit was the service provided by two male waiters wearing glasses - they were great. However, the female waiters seemed confused and disorganized. The dessert itself was unimpressive, both in presentation and taste, and certainly not worth the price. Additionally, we asked for a cup of warm water from the kettle. They didn't leave the kettle with us but poured the water into a cup. To our dismay, the water was full of scale, more than I've ever seen in my home kettle. It raises the question of why the kettles aren't cleaned regularly. Needless to say, we didn't drink it. Overall, despite its convenient location, the restaurant's service, food, and overall experience were subpar.
