one of the worst coffees. The lady in the shop gave me an iced Americano in a normal hot drink mug. Although the mug has ice she didn't offer a straw. I think they need to be trained in how to offer and make hot and cold drinks and that they're different. After all the coffee here is horrible and not worth 5 euros. Also, my Americano was added as caffe crema which i believe is more expensive than my order.
