If you are looking for burger and shawarma then it is good place. The service is slow. I think its management changed sometime ago therefore old menus and old reviews are not valid.

Scam restaurant. Showed we could pay by card then forced us to pay with cash. Made us walk 30 mins to the nearest ATM that was open.

Excellent Shawarma! Probably one of the best in town. They are really quick in service and their chicken and rice is excellent. Definitely a good place to try authentic Syrian food.

Staff are very friendly, but chaotic, they tried to remember our 7 people's order and they made a mistake calculating the receipt. No card payment available. Waiting time is long for a fast food restaurant (45 minutes for 7 people's order). We smelled a little like oil/fat when we left the restaurant. Atmosphere with the traditional music of Sabah Fakhry was nice. Bathroom was kind of clean, but there was no toilet paper left at the time of our visit. "Crispy" and "Zinger" tasred fine. The "Cheese Burger" was cold. "Shawarma Lamb" (Served only on Fridays) tasted ok, but not great as the meat spices are different from the traditional one. Cola Zero came from Czech Republic and had a bad watery taste (disappointing). We haven't tried their Shisha, but they have a disgnated area for it (open and connected to the restaurant area).
