I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dogenhof and my experience was nothing but amazing. When we arrived, our table wasn't quite ready, so we were invited to have an aperitivo at the open kitchen area. This turned out to be a delightful surprise as we were able to watch the chefs at work and engage in conversations about the food. The restaurant's concept of sharing plates is a fantastic way to enjoy a variety of flavors and everything we tried was simply delicious. The quality of the ingredients and the passion put into the dishes was evident in every bite. The wine selection was also impressive and the pairings were spot on. However, what truly made our visit special was the incredible service from the entire team. The chefs and waiters were all friendly, attentive and passionate about their craft. Overall, it was an outstanding dining experience and I would highly recommend Dogenhof to anyone looking for an unforgettable evening.

we had heard a lot about the place and that's why we wanted to come here for dinner. The service was friendly and considerate, but somehow fast, i.e. there was a lack of concentration. the appetizers and drinks came quickly but then something started to go wrong. We waited a really long time for the main dishes and already had to ask for them. If we hadn't asked for the wine list, no one would have asked what we were drinking with the food. The restaurant was elegant and fine and that's about it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food 2 ⭐️⭐️ The food was quite good, but for that price I would have hoped for something special, either in presentation or in the taste of the food. The food was very ordinary and as you can see in the photos, there wouldn't have been much to describe in them! The best thing of the evening was the starter champagne

A special place to go… loved the food, quality was wonderful. Service impeccable, very cool decor and concept. The focus is on the ingredients and the open fire. Try it!

3... and a half stars... the evening started off perfectly and ended much less pleasant: good service until the food arrived, then we felt „forgotten“ - best dishes were the starters, then it was less sophisticated (not to say boring) - the bill had some mistakes and we wanted to pay individually, it became a mess and we left on rather bad terms. I still want to come back and have another (better) experience!
