The service attitude was very poor, the tea bags of inferior quality were sold at an exorbitant price, and they didn't even provide hot water for refilling. The cake was also quite mediocre

Fantastic quality. I had the Apfelstrudel and a cappuccino which set me back a very reasonable €8.80. The service was fantastic - I tried my best German to order (which wasn't amazing) yet the staff were totally respectful and polite nonetheless. The Apple Strudel was great, super flaky and a strong apple flavour with powdered sugar on top - it was a little dry but that's probably me being fussy rather than the quality of the strudel itself. The cappuccino was decent but not the best I've had, though the milk frothing was on point. Sugar is on the table to add but silverware is provided to you and the staff brought me my order - which is great and was an unexpected suprise. They also gave water with the coffee which was a nice touch. It's a busy little spot and it did get more crowded the longer I stayed but it's no wonder when the quality is very good. Danke Schön!

We tried the most famous sachertorte and it was delicious, Ben was also very helpful and present! We would really like to comeback again!

What a great spot to visit! The dessert was amazing and the cafe itself was beautiful. It is in a great location and the staff were lovely. Sanja was great! We sat outside and enjoyed a coffee and slice of delicious cake - wonderful all round!

Very disappointing experience. The waitress was rude and dismissive just because we didn’t speak German, and she ignored us most of the time. It even took around 15 minutes just to pay the bill. The cakes were nothing special, quite average. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
