Weekday mornings are the quietest
I was actually surprised that the establishment presents itself as a teahouse-cafe. For me, it is a wine bar and a club with interesting events (concerts, author readings, openings and exhibitions). And androš! Underground is not dead!
It feels like being among family and friends. The warmth, the drinks, the smiles.
Three times yes, yes, yes! I can rate this establishment from two perspectives. First as a guest and secondly as a performer. And from both sides it is simply worth five stars. A café and tea room that has its own atmosphere. The atmosphere of the underground, beatniks, musicians and writers. Very informal environment. Chairs, tables and armchairs are simply every dog, a different village, but that doesn't matter at all. On the contrary. It's exactly what makes this place so great. Not a cold sterile establishment. Friendly service. Prices more than acceptable. Clean toilets. To drink there was coconut tea. Wine, chocolate, rum and boom. Well no boom, but in the end I had a Turkish drink after the wine. Kudos to establishments where they still make it and don't play all those tricks. It was big and great. But if you want a shot of espresso, you can of course get it too. The only thing that sucks, but that's not the cafe's fault, is that because of the neighbors, the program has to end strictly at 10:00 PM. If you ever perform here, you can do it without microphones. The acoustics are great and the space is ideal for music and spoken word. I definitely recommend it. An oasis of normality and peace in the center.
