Great hot chocolate, but if your paying with an international credit card make sure you pay in the local currency otherwise it's an 8.5% mark up on your bill. I just tapped my card and it automatically charged me the fee , you have to physically press the local currency. So I never went back after this experience.

This was a late review but I’d like to give these five stars to a girl staff who served me in the afternoon of Friday, July 5. She was professional and made me a perfect latte with a super adorable snail art latte. I had to admit that I didn’t expect the coffee to be decent since I’m from the UK and Costa in UK is terrible despite being a UK chain. But this branch of Costa changed my mind thanks to this staff, her skills and the Czech hospitality!

Costa well known coffee shop especially in UK and here in Prague they have many branches. I liked flat white. The team is very friendly and smiling.

Very good place where you can enjoy a nice worm coffee and the desserts are amazing. If anyone is looking to enjoy a near perfect coffee for sure this is the place to come. The interior also has a welcoming vibe where you can relax and leave your problem for another time. I strongly recommend coming here!
