Welcoming coffeehouse with handcrafted coffee, espresso & tea, plus breakfast, lunch & pastries....
Starbucks Reserve at Jungmannova 750/34 in Prague is a really special location and very different from a typical Starbucks in the U.S. The atmosphere is stylish and welcoming, and the food selection is noticeably more unique and elevated than what you usually find in standard stores. We tried several desserts, and they were excellent. There’s a great variety, so it’s easy to find a personal favorite. The coffee menu is also more refined, with a wider and more delicate selection of drinks that feels more creative and premium. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the overall experience feels more relaxed and upscale. We were told this is the only Starbucks Reserve in the region, and having it in Prague makes it even more special. Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy coffee, desserts, and a unique café experience. Highly recommended.
I did not expect to find a Starbucks Reserve store in Prague which sources the best of the best of coffees Starbucks has to offer! Beautiful place in a beautiful plaza downtown. I also did not expect such an amazing experience that Tereza offered us! Impromptu coffee tasting of delicious coffees, great coffee education and cozy atmosphere! Once again thank you Tereza for making our day!
I travel a lot all over the world and this is probable the best Starbucks I have ever been. The atmosphere is great and the service is amazing. It is also very clean, including the toilet. The employees are very nice and work hard and make sure you have a great experience. I was really impressed. I must have visited a hundred Starbucks locations and this is probable the best.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks Reserve. I’m a traveler, and after a long day of walking my legs were hurting, so I lifted my foot slightly onto the small side table next to me. A female staff member suddenly came and spoke to me in a loud, rude, and disrespectful tone, telling me not to put my foot there. The way she said it was shocking, no politeness, no “please,” no kindness. Just a loud public scolding that made everyone turn and stare. It was embarrassing, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. If there is a rule, that’s fine. But it should be communicated politely, not in a humiliating way. The interaction felt hostile and discriminatory, as if she had a problem with me for being a Muslim traveler who looks different. I rarely write reviews, but I’m writing this one because I don’t want this behavior to happen to anyone else. Management should seriously train their staff on how to speak to customers respectfully, especially in a location that calls itself “Starbucks Reserve.” I will not be coming back.
It is the first Starbucks Reserve cafe in Europe, it is a unique place in Prague. Great selection of drinkw. The only negative is the staff - they are good, just too few of the, which affects the overall experience - long time waiting.
