Koi Tea

This is the worst bubble tea I've ever had, tasted like warm water with a little sirup, no sign of actual tea, went straight into the trash bin nearby

The quality of drinks, cleanliness and service are very poor. Girl is unwilling to help with the choice, to clean after herself or even to make a drink. Drinks are chemic and not tasty, tapioca is tasteless. My first and very last time. There are much better places with bubble teas in Prague.

The one lady taking orders is so rude.I went there three times but the service was same. I was confused about the toppings and I asked her and she didn’t even replied in a nice manner. Worst treatment ever, I am so disappointed by her attitude towards the customers.

The tea was delicious, one of the best I had in Prague so far. I tried the butterfly tea brown sugar. The girl was nice. It’s just a really small place, so there’s no place to sit.

The service was OK, and staff is friendly. However they lack some flavours and the bubble tea I had was not so tasty, I've tasted better bubble tea somewhere else.
