Cosy seating, great coffee, and fast, friendly service exactly what you want from Costa. Had a really relaxing time. Big thanks to Lenka and Anicka for their wonderful service!

☕ coffee was ok, one was good then other bitter. Latte art was good. 🐶 Dog friendly no water provided. 🥐 Good selection of croissants and pastries

specifically chosed this place over others because I trusted their google page that they have wifi and its a good place to work. Apparently no, and the staff doesn't know what to do. Otherwise they were nice and speak english so they deserve the stars.

Nice place but super rude staff. I ordered a coconut latte at Costa in Prague and what I got was basically a glass of warm milk with barely any coffee. Very disappointing. Staff were rude and she wouldn’t fix my coffee or put any coffee inside at all . This is the Costa coffee inside the mall by the Hilton.The ham croissant was freezing too.

Noting that I’m not a big fan of chains, there is something about Costa - always consistent, good customer service, coffee is delicious! I just stopped by this particular location this morning and need to say that Manager Lenka is fantastic - one of the best customer service I’ve ever received in the Czech Republic! Barista Magdalena was amazing as well, handled all the morning orders (so many!) quickly, professionally and with a smile, both our coffees tasted great! Please treat these staff members well because they 100% deserve it and there should be more employees like Lenka and Magdalena! Will be definitely back, thank you! ☕️💜
